So far, this product does not really affect my appetite. I`ve experienced loss of appetite with other product but not with this one. I will continually take this product to see if my system just need to get used to it. I do feel a slight increase in energy as well. I hope this does not discourage others. My system reacts differently to caffeine effects and appetite supressants. I thought this would be a perfect fit for me. If anything changes, I will send update. To date, no significant change to my weight.
